Analytical and problem‑solving ability. Demonstrable understanding of general water behaviour and the ability to develop practical solutions. Strong numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software, including 3D design and digital automation. Enthusiasm for a career in water, underpinned by a solid understanding of civil engineering. Organised approach to planning work and meeting deadlines. Creative and inquisitive problem‑solving, seeking to improve existing ways of working. Ability to work independently and proactively. Creativity and a desire to think beyond the norm.
