Are you a young and driven Civil Engineer eager to grow your skills in real-world infrastructure projects?Do you have the work ethic, curiosity, and determination to learn fast, contribute to complex builds, and work alongside some of the best in the field?Were looking for a career-oriented self-starter someone whos not afraid to get their boots dirty and is ready to build more than just a job someone ready to build a legacy.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support & Engineering Documentation:Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical reportsHelp ensure that designs comply with standards and client requirementsPrepare basic quantity take-offs, site sketches, and as-built drawingsSite Assistance:Conduct site measurements, inspections, and monitor daily activitiesSupport quality control checks under the guidance of Senior EngineersHelp report and flag site issues to the project teamProject Coordination:Attend project and site meetings with stakeholdersHelp coordinate materials, subcontractors, and documentationTrack project activities and assist with progress reportsCompliance & Safety Support:Assist with ensuring adherence to OHS standards and site protocolsHelp maintain site diaries, inspection checklists, and compliance logsJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering (completed or in final year)03 years experience in civil construction (internships or graduate programs are a plus)Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel/WordUnderstanding of civil engineering fundamentals (earthworks, concrete, services, and roads)Valid drivers license and willingness to travelGood communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn, grow, and take initiativeStrong attention to detail, safety, and qualityIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
