You will work for our clients across various industry domains to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and within budgets. Overview What’s the Role? As a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering consulting projects to our clients from inception till closure. The successful candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detail-oriented, quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/ she will use existing methodologies/templates for effective project execution and people management and will have the opportunity to think of and bring in improvements required to the existing processes and templates. Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, client and account managers. Project planning and execution for one or more projects. Ensure projects achieve promised business value/ROI. Build rapport with clients and manage client relationships effectively. Manage escalations, variations, complexities in projects effectively. Use established frameworks in project execution, client handling, resource utilization, and resource mentoring. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years’ experience in handling a portfolio of projects. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with project management tools; SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban. Knowledge of Agile project delivery, experience with Scaled Agile frameworks. Portfolio/Product management using Agile tools and methodologies. Ability to learn and apply new technologies per project needs. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS Server. One or more industry certifications - PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity / Jira / Confluence is an added advantage. Exposure to Banking & Financial services domain is desirable. Exposure to Azure cloud services.
