Global Talent Acquisition Specialist EU/UK/ India/ South Africa Role : Project Manager Location : Johannesburg Type : Contract Qualifications Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 5-years’ solid process re-engineering experience. Six Sigma (minimum green belt) trained and/or certified. Project management skills (advantageous). ITIL Service Management (preferred) that would need to engage with the respective departments to fulfil this Scope . Telco experience (preferred) Automation and process optimisation experience Knowledge of DMAIC approach for delivering process optimisation projects Identifying opportunities for process improvements Identifying process variances and waste in current processes Business process analysis and business process mapping for different business functions Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple key stakeholders Understanding of core telecoms systems such as prepaid billing systems, formal and informal prepaid distribution, CVM, Digital and network infrastructure Experience with management of projects that include prepaid product positions, Sales enablement via various distribution and Channels, operational improvements, product launches and go to market Ability to analyse data, customer behaviours, patterns and provide insights that lead to better initiatives and innovation Must have customer centric skills to understand customer insights, experiences and infuse them into project delivery Must have financial and business acumen to manage project budgets, business cases, revenues and benefits Must be able to operate in a high demanding, fast paced environment and be able to coordinate and drive projects across multiple systems with demanding stakeholders Must be able to engage at executive level and lead various strategic forums required for delivery Responsibilities Project roadmap and execution plans supporting the business strategy Project risks and issue reports Project communication plans and progress update reports Project financial management reports and benefits tracking Project and adhoc steering committee documentation & facilitation Resource planning and utilization reports Project governance and compliance documentation Project stakeholder and change management plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
