Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at PPIT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding business opportunities within the ICT sector. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of IT solutions. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients across a range of industries, while ensuring exceptional service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients within the medium to large business sector, focusing on the sale of IT outsourcing services, hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, server hosting, and security solutions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct product presentations and demonstrate PPITs services, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for PPITs services. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, support, and project management) to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to clients and to address any post-sale issues or concerns. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, sales pipeline progress, and revenue performance. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the IT, telecommunications, or technology services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including computer hardware and software, networking, cloud hosting, telecommunications, and security services. Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to understand technical IT solutions and effectively communicate their value to non-technical clients. Other: Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to sales and problem-solving.
