We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Safety and Quality Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products, from raw material intake to finished product packaging. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to monitor and control production processes Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including FDA and USDA guidelines Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality and safety standards Oversee product testing for quality attributes, including sensory evaluation and microbiological safety Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control processes and test results Qualifications Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance and management within the food manufacturing industry Sound knowledge and experience working with Quality Management Systems, including FSSC and ISO Strong leadership and team management skills Benefits Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.
