Lead the integration of AI and no‑code tools into our existing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles. Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and mentor tech teams. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills; able to make data‑driven decisions. Experience working in healthtech or related fields is a significant plus.
