Duties and responsibilities:
• Work closely with General Manager, Business Development Manager, and Sales Representative to achieve division objectives
• Schedule Training, Safety Officers visits and observations
• Communicate effectively with KBC Alliance Partner Coordinator to secure their training services.
• Manage Client Purchase orders (PO) effectively
• Liase with KBC Finance Team regarding all non-training billing required
• Utilize the Company administration system to complete administrative and financial processes for all training conducted for the division
• Prepare / Submit Client reports as per scope and timelines provided by General Manager
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvement within the Business Unit

Character Traits:
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem solver
• Self-motivated

Interviewing process: 1 to 2 panel interviews
Reporting to: Partner: Business Optimisation Manager
