B2B Sales Development Representative Location: South Africa – Remote Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (core cold‑calling blocks 8:30–11:30 AM and 1:30–4:30 PM) Pay: $1,400 – $1,550 USD/month + bonus system (to be discussed) Holidays: Local holidays with flexible PTO and some US holidays Company Overview The company is a trusted partner in providing essential medical equipment and supplies to major U.S. hospitals and medical centers. Duties and Responsibilities Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients Qualify leads, handle objections, and clearly articulate value propositions Use persuasive communication to book appointments or demos Maintain detailed records and activities in HubSpot Manage your day and pipeline with strong time‑management and follow‑up discipline Leverage tools like a parallel dialer (prior experience a plus) for efficiency Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy Minimum Requirements Excellent English communication skills Bachelor’s degree (ideally) 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience Experience in healthcare/medical products or related industries preferred Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, ideally in a related industry Strong experience in cold calling Strong objection handling and communication skills Confident and professional phone presence Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently Familiarity with HubSpot CRM preferred Experience with parallel dialers is helpful Neutral or light accent acceptable if speech is clear Employment Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
