Now, it's time to imagine your next move with South Africa's number one employer in Financial Services for Responsibilities & KPIs Develop strategy based on FirstRand Data and Analytics strategy, Information Governance strategy and business strategy and ensure implementation to derive value from data. Drive alignment to FirstRand Information Governance Framework and the Information Architecture policy. Measure, monitor and report on the Data Head KPIs (Information Management KPIs). Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances. Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters. Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture. Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions. Implement corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in are of accountability to identify and manage risk exposure. Ensure adoption and localisation of common frameworks, practices, processes, standards and integration of business data value chain across relevant areas. Ensure ethical usage of data and information that complies to restrictions applied for privacy and sensitivity classification. Understand and ensure implementation and adherence to Privacy business requirements, legislation and policy. Manage business data Information management to ensure required standards and practices across data production, management and consumption. Create tactical plans for achievement of outputs / deliverables in collaboration with Technology stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of information technology solutions. Manage business BI function to productionalise report development and delivery that meets business information requirements. Implement and adhere to the appropriate Information Management and Governance standards and practices as a Supplier / Owner of Data. Assume accountability for deriving, delivering and managing Data Product from the data under business ownership via the group's data architecture. Lead relevant change and communications functions to drive functional maturity. Ideal Candidate BSc. Degree in Management Information System.8 Years experience in Data Governance and Information Management. Minimum 8 years people management experience. Application deadline : 21 / 11 / 25.
