Customer Experience Centre Manager

- Minimum 10 Years Call Centre Management Experience
- Background in Insurance and/or Emergency Assist industry
- After Hours Availability (24/7 Customer Experience Centre)
- Ability to adapt to a growing department
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Strong leadership
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
