We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead strategic compliance and regulatory initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory alignment across complex systems and processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving the JIBAR to ZARONIA transition , engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering projects that meet stringent governance and compliance standards. This is a chance to influence critical business outcomes while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Project Leadership Lead the JIBAR to ZARONIA transition project, ensuring seamless implementation across systems, processes, and products. Align project delivery with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Allocate and optimise resources to ensure successful delivery under tight deadlines. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure project success. Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal policies. Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and compliance metrics. Requirements Experience: Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services. Expertise: Proven track record in delivering compliance/regulatory projects. Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities. Tools: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Prince2). Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification highly desirable. Preferred Attributes Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
