This is an exceptional opportunity for a compliance-focused, commercially minded professional with a background in international logistics and project management. The successful candidate will oversee the importation of clinical trial supplies, ensuring smooth delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service from end to end. Key Responsibilities Project & Compliance Management Manage the import process for global clinical trial supplies Conduct compliance reviews for new shipment requests Collaborate with internal research teams and external compliance stakeholders Coordinate internal functions to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment Create bespoke quotes and project proposals for client review Ensure seamless handovers from project scoping to service execution Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong international client relationships Communicate compliance requirements and key timelines clearly Present updates and tailored logistics solutions throughout the project lifecycle Resolve client escalations and ensure ongoing satisfaction Operational Oversight & Delivery Lead project planning and manage timelines from end to end Work cross-functionally to resolve operational and compliance challenges Monitor project execution and adapt solutions where necessary What You’ll Bring Professional qualification in Law, Accounting, or a related discipline (CA or LLB preferred) Excellent academic credentials Fluency in English (verbal and written) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and numerical fluency Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Prior experience in logistics, clinical trials, or compliance environments is advantageous Nice to Have Experience managing international logistics projects Familiarity with clinical trial regulatory frameworks Knowledge of tax or trade compliance in global settings What’s On Offer Competitive, market-aligned salary Career development within a global and fast-growing logistics organisation High-impact role within a compliance and service-driven environment Opportunity to work with globally respected pharmaceutical and research clients Company Culture The company fosters a high-performance, collaborative culture built around innovation, precision, and client excellence.
