Senior Product Manager at Bridge Carbon LLC is a London-based international carbon project developer committed to building a world‑class carbon finance organization that defines the standards for quality, integrity, and transparency across the voluntary carbon markets. The Company utilizes best‑in‑class carbon methodologies, as well as third‑party digital monitoring, reporting, and verification (dMRV) processes to ensure that every ton of carbon credits created can be traced directly to reductions achieved by the Company’s carbon removal activities. Role Bridge Carbon is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a critical in‑house platform that drives our operational excellence. This role will work directly with IT and business leadership to ensure the vision, strategy, and delivery of our software product. You will work closely with key business stakeholders, the engineering team, and end‑users to ensure the platform continues to meet the organizational needs and allocate resources appropriately. This role will require strategic planning, hands‑on management and execution, and a willingness to engage with and understand internal business processes as they translate to platform capabilities. Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for the in‑house platform, aligning with company objectives and stakeholder needs. Balance near‑term delivery of business‑critical features with long‑term platform evolution. Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and end‑users to gather requirements and prioritize features. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications. Manage expectations and communicate roadmap, progress, and trade‑offs to stakeholders. Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects business value, technical dependencies, and risk management. Ensure releases are well‑documented, communicated, and adopted across the organization. Partner with operations to monitor usage and measure business outcomes from new features. Collect and analyze feedback from users to guide iterative platform enhancements. Establish and track KPIs for platform adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record managing large‑scale enterprise or in‑house platforms. Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile / Scrum / Kanban). Excellent skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with business relationship management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems, enterprise platforms, or workflow automation tools. Background in UX, product design, or process optimization. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS product design principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
