HR Practitioner Department: Human Resources (HR) Department Reports To: Senior HR Practitioner / Client Location: Pretoria, Silverton POSITION OVERVIEW The HR Practitioner is responsible for overseeing the full range of HR functions at the client site, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services, compliance with labour legislation, and effective workforce management. This senior role provides hands-on HR support, strategic guidance, and leadership to a team of HR Administrators. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Team Leadership & Supervision Supervise and mentor a team of HR Administrators Oversee daily HR administration tasks Support team development through coaching and training B. HR Operations Oversight Manage employee lifecycle Ensure consistency and compliance across HR processes Develop process improvements C. Compliance & Employment Relations Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies Handle employee relations matters Assist with audits D. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare and analyse HR reports Monitor HR metrics Oversee data integrity in HRIS systems E. Recruitment & Onboarding Support Collaborate on sourcing and selection Oversee onboarding processes Review employment contracts F.
