Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager – Portfolio Management (Bank Servicing & Operations) Are you a dynamic, strategic, results-driven Project Manager ready to take charge of high-impact initiatives within banking operations? Join a leading financial institution where you’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects driving transformation, efficiency, and service excellence across the bank servicing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and work streams within the bank servicing and operations portfolio. Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting for all initiatives in the portfolio. Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution. Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across core servicing functions. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field. Certifications • Project Management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile) advantageous. Experience • 5–8 years’ experience in project and portfolio management within bank servicing, operations, or financial services. • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. • Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls. • Previous exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives. Skills Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities. Non-Negotiables Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios within a regulated financial services environment. Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
