**Senior Project Manager - Seagle**

**Job Description**.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all projects and service. This position will directly manage the service and maintenance team, ensure all resources needed for Projects are in Line with Project Plans and Budgets. Senior Project Manager will have full control of all projects running on a national basis. Store management, procurement management This position reports directly to the Managing Director

**Responsibilities**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Based budget on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement
- Working on site basis on business needs, make sure success delivery of the project and service
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure all health and safety standards polices and standards are adhered to updated to when needed.
- Store management
- Operation admin management
- Manage the service and maintenance team effectively.
- Travel to sites as and when needed.
- Attend client meetings on request.
- Qualifications Senior Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 15 years of IT company project management and related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

A vaild driver’s license

Willing to travel when required

**Salary**: Up to R70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
