Job title Customer Services Specialist Job Location Western Cape, Bellville What you will do Respond to and resolve customer queries across phone, email, and social media platforms in a professional and empathetic manner. Handle product‑related complaints and escalated complex cases to the Customer Services Manager and relevant departments (Regulatory, Quality, Sales, etc.). Assist in preparing scientific content and customer communication materials. Support the implementation of product and health training initiatives, including designing and delivering product training sessions. Coordinate customer service projects such as exhibitions, training sessions and community engagement activities. Build relationships and loyalty through consistent communication. Deliver service excellence that is human, warm and memorable. Job Requirements BSc in Dietetics or equivalent qualification. 1–2 years of experience in customer care, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or supplement industry. Registration with the HPCSA as a Dietitian will be advantageous. Understanding of ethics and regulatory requirements in the health and wellness sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer‑orientation. Ability to apply nutrition knowledge and communication skills in both a customer‑facing and operational support capacity within the health food and supplement industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
