MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant qualification – Degree/Qualification in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering or related field
Proven experience in a quality management role, preferable in the feed or food industry
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems
-Conduct regular quality audits and inspections
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
-Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions
-Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality
-Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
-Manage quality documentation and reporting
