You will be responsible for managing the transaction cycle from feasibility through to financial close, working with clients, lenders, legal advisors, technical consultants, and internal teams to deliver bankable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions across infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors. Interpret, challenge, and apply financial models to support decision-making. Drive execution of project finance processes including feasibility studies, due diligence, and funding negotiations. Act as a trusted client advisor, ensuring clear communication and practical solutions. Oversee junior staff and external consultants, ensuring quality outputs and timely delivery. Prepare and present reports, investment cases, and recommendations to clients, funders, and stakeholders. Contribute to fundraising, transaction structuring, and advisory mandates. What We're Looking For Qualifications : BCom Finance, Chartered Accountant, MBA, or equivalent. Experience : 7+ years in a project finance environment with exposure to the full lifecycle. 4+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or similar analytical roles. Proven track record in infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors. Skills : Strong Excel and financial modelling interpretation. Excellent report writing and presentation (PowerPoint, Word). Strong interpersonal and client management abilities. Team leadership, delegation, and critical review skills. Why Join?
