This role is designed to develop you into a Business Process Engineer , giving you hands-on exposure to projects that drive business growth and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Support and manage cross-functional projects from planning to delivery Drive Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement initiatives Analyze and visualize data to support smarter decision-making Contribute to innovation , digital transformation, and process optimization Education: Exposure or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics – preferred Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/graduate program experience Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar) is an advantage Participation in projects or process improvement initiatives during studies is beneficial Technical & Professional Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen and continuous improvement principles Basic understanding of project management methodologies Proficiency in MS Office ; exposure to BI tools preferred Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams High level of accountability and adaptability Why Austell?
