Company and Job Description:An established and expanding pharmaceutical company seeks a passionate Industrial Engineer to lead efficiency, optimization, and innovation within its production and logistics operations.Youll play a key role in streamlining workflows, integrating new technologies, and shaping the future of operational excellence in a company driven by purpose and performance. Key Responsibilities:Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and supply chain.Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.Develop and track KPIs (OEE, yield, waste, downtime).Conduct time studies and layout optimization for production areas.Ensure GMP, ISO, and HSE compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance.Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across departments.Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering (required).37 years experience in manufacturing, pharma, or FMCG.Proven record in process optimization or Lean Six Sigma.Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent tools.Green Belt certification advantageous.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
