Le / La Head of Digital & IT sera charg(e) de grer et de piloter lvolution des plateformes IT digitales considres comme un levier cl de la stratgie de lentreprise. Le rle visera garantir une plateforme IT digitale de classe mondiale pleinement aligne sur les stratgies commerciales et les besoins du march. Note : Cette opportunit est uniquement pour ceux qui ont un passeport Congolais Missions & Responsabilits : Budgtisation et planification : laborer et grer la planification et lexécution budgtaire (DB et LRP). Architecture technologique : Mettre en place des architectures et conceptions IT efficaces et volutives alignes sur les standards techniques du groupe et les politiques locales. Innovation et solutions : Piloter lintroduction de nouvelles technologies et solutions IT (appels doffres Proof of Value etc.) en collaboration avec les quipes technologiques locales et du groupe en veillant crer de la valeur et optimiser lefficacit oprationnelle. Planification commerciale : laborer et communiquer des plans daffaires objectifs et budgets commercialement viables. Dveloppement agile : Diriger le dveloppement agile et bas sur PI de nouvelles capacits mtiers (produits services processus etc.) ainsi que lamlioration des capacits existantes via la configuration et / ou le dveloppement logiciel. Transformation digitale : Conduire la conception et la mise en uvre de plateformes de production CI / CD en cohrence avec la stratgie globale de transformation digitale. Projets de modernisation : Superviser la livraison de projets visant moderniser ou remplacer les plateformes IT hrites. Oprations IT : Grer les oprations IT (niveaux L1 / L2) en assurant une rsolution efficace des incidents lis lIT. Leadership : Assumer un rle de manager de managers en fournissant leadership et orientation travers des objectifs clairs la gestion de la performance et des initiatives de dveloppement de carrire pour lquipe IT. Profil recherch : Environ 15 ans dexprience en management dans un environnement informatique dont au moins 8 ans dans une fonction de leadership en troite collaboration avec les quipes Business. Solide connaissance des architectures IT digitales. Bilingue (anglais et franais). Capacit constituer et maintenir une quipe solide dote des expertises et qualits ncessaires. Aptitude travailler sous pression dans un environnement professionnel dynamique.
