Overview Khonology is a digital services company focused on software development, Application Support, data analytics and engineering. We are looking to onboard five process engineers on a 6 month contract to work within a highly complex service environment, with ageing technology, with highly interconnected and interdependent systems. The process Engineers will be responsible to set up comprehensive system documentation to remedy constrained response times and mitigate recurring incidents. Key Responsibilities Documenting all existing and new processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and traceability across the technology stack. Capturing and maintaining a comprehensive crisis management, incident log, including root cause analysis and remediation workflows, to reduce repeat occurrences and improve response agility. Collaborate across the department to accurately document all end-to-end existing and new processes. Capture and maintain a comprehensive crisis management and incident log. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or related field Beneficial. 5–7 years of experience in IT operations, process governance, or service management. Proven experience in documenting and optimizing complex, cross-functional processes. Experience with incident, problem, and change management within enterprise environments. Familiarity with process-mapping and documentation tools. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including root cause and trend analysis.
