Wholesale Sales Representative Location: Johannesburg - North (Sandton / Midrand / Diepsloot) Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Published: 18 hours ago Reference: JHB -PK-1 A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on the growth and sale of edible oils and bakery oils nationally, based in either Durban or Johannesburg depending on the candidate's location. Duties & Responsibilities Requirements: National Senior Certificate Post-Matric qualification is an advantage Minimum of 5 years experience in the wholesale sales role within edible products Must be willing to travel nationally within South Africa Key Responsibilities: Initiate communication with current and prospective wholesalers to grow the 20lt Palm and 20lt Oil bucket market, as well as baking oil ingredients Work closely with buyers and owners to drive sales into wholesalers and ensure growth through effective sales plans and strategies Provide technical support to end users, train wholesaler representatives, and assist customers in converting from competitor products Respond to inquiries, providing comprehensive information to customers and internal departments Address customer needs, queries, and concerns courteously and promptly Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale support Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer service Manage market expectations Resolve tickets efficiently and effectively Develop and implement channel strategies and marketing plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
