Management ReportingProvide procurement information for departmental management monthly and quarterly reporting. Enhance the internal control environment, risk management and governanceIdentify risks and adequate mitigation.Implement action plans to mitigate identified risks within the set timelines.Provide required information, Internal and External Auditors Reports:Ensure submission of relevant information as requested by auditors within the prescribed timelines.Clarifications submitted to the auditors within the prescribed timelines.Audit findings management response submitted within prescribed timelines. Stakeholder ManagementProactively engage internal stakeholders in the preparation of procurement process.Keep requesting departments updated on progress with the procurement process. Participation in organisational activitiesServe in organisational structures and forums as delegated and appointed.Assist in Contract Management and AdministrationProvide input into the contract register.Review variation orders prior to approval.Process invoices within prescribed timelines.Issue Purchase Orders in accordance with the approved procedures.
