We have a position available at one of our clients based in Centurion for a Supply Chain Administrator, the role is remote but will require frequent periods of working at the office to manage the stock and receive deliveries from suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3+ years' experience in a Supply Chain role
- Valid drives license and own transport
- Fluent English both verbal and written
- High level of computer competence with a knowledge of standard software packages (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills) and the ability to learn company-specific software
- Live in or close to Centurion

**Other requirements**:

- Excellent planning, organisational, problem-solving skills and able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals.

- A passion for Supply Chain Improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Supply Chain Administrator will be involved within the day-to-day operations environment.
- The Supply Chain Administrator will manage the distribution of stock and management of stock levels in various locations
- They will coordinate and hold all suppliers and service departments within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks in the management of our supply chain.
- They will manage the resolution of issues where stock does not arrive exactly as it should
- Assist in streamlining Stock Management processes and procedures to ensure Supply Chain Processes are consistent globally. This may involve collaboration with other members of the wider team.
- The Supply Chain Administrator will also liaise with the Finance Team to ensure that all invoices for orders are correctly received.
- Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
- Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
- They will also prepare reports presentations on the management of stock in line with agreed stock levels
- Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs
