Provide in-depth product and process knowledge, ensuring customers receive accurate information and guidance to make informed decisions. Oversee store visual merchandising and maintain excellent housekeeping standards, ensuring the store is aesthetically pleasing, organized, and in line with brand guidelines. Manage goods returns and store administration, ensuring efficient handling of returns while keeping store processes and documentation up to date. Monitor catalogue stock management, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and aligned with the latest product offerings. Perform daily stock management duties to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure smooth store operations. Manage day-to-day administration and reporting, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and operational goals are tracked effectively.
