Cape Town, South Africa Communicate Recruitment Full time

Data capture for all entities, including cash books, invoices, etc.
Processing all payments via online banking and capturing invoices
Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Preparing monthly management accounts using accounting software and Excel for five entities (a mix of South African and foreign)
Preparing tax calculations and coordinating with an external accounting firm to ensure accurate tax return submissions in line with SARS deadlines
Overseeing the preparation and sign-off of annual financial statements, liaising with an external accounting firm for preparation and independent reviews
Performing regular and ad hoc company secretarial duties
Assisting with FICA/KYC/AML administration
Handling other tasks, both accounting and administrative in nature

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience since graduating
Good problem-solving skills
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills in English

Qualification:
Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting
Matric & Certificate in Accounting/bookkeeping
