We are seeking an Administrative Officer for our client in Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, with a strong focus on property‑related documentation and processes. Core Property‑Related Responsibilities Document Management: Prepare, process, and quality‑check all property‑related documents, including deeds of sale, rates clearance certificates, and transfer duty documentation. Property Transfer Administration: Support the end‑to‑end administration of property transfers by coordinating pre‑transfer documentation and liaising with attorneys and conveyancers to ensure timely completion. Property Disposal Administration: Assist with property disposals by promoting schemes, conducting surveys, and preparing necessary pre‑transfer documentation. Record and File Management: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date physical and digital records for all property‑related matters. General Administrative Duties Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence—telephone, email, and written—and serve as a key point of contact for clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff. Office Support: Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintain equipment, and perform general administrative tasks as required. Data Entry and Reporting: Update internal databases and prepare reports as needed. Additional Responsibilities Compliance: Ensure all property administrative processes comply with applicable policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Customer Service: Respond to property‑related customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels where applicable. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) A relevant diploma is advantageous 3–4 years administrative experience, preferably within the property industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
