Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for using Tano’s proprietary AI agents to identify, qualify, and manage influencers for active client campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is tech‑savvy, process‑oriented, and passionate about the creator economy. You will not be manually searching Instagram all day—your main superpower will be knowing how to operate and optimize our AI‑driven workflows to find the best creators at scale. Key Responsibilities Use Tano’s internal AI agents to discover influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Qualify influencers based on client criteria (audience demographics, engagement quality, brand fit). Maintain updated creator lists and segmentation in our system. Support campaign execution by ensuring influencers are accurately tagged, categorized, and added to the right workflows. Collaborate with campaign managers to source creators for gifting, affiliate, and paid campaigns. Monitor AI output quality and report suggestions for improvements. Assist with outreach templates, creator communications, and follow‑ups as needed. Track performance metrics and maintain organized documentation of ongoing influencer sourcing activities. Requirements Based in South Africa with reliable internet access. Strong understanding of social media platforms, creators, and influencer culture. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning and operating AI tools and automated workflows. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
