Why You'll Love This Role You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that use influencers to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions. What You’ll Do Develop influencer marketing plans aligned with overall objectives, brand goals and measurable KPIs. Source and engage influencers who resonate with our brand, target audience, and campaign goals. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies and brand partners. Oversee campaign timelines, content creation and deliverables with influencers and the marketing team. Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure brand identity and campaign messaging alignment. Analyze performance using analytics tools, generate reports and optimize future initiatives. Collaborate with social media, content and paid marketing teams to ensure seamless integration into broader efforts. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of proven influencer marketing experience with broader marketing background. Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills. In‑depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies and audience engagement tactics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling and campaign innovation. Tech Requirements Personally owned PC or laptop with sufficient processing power.
