Overview Group Manager - Process Training, WNS Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Responsibilities End to End Training Ownership: responsible for end-to-end activities including hiring, pre-process, process, nesting, floor activities related to training People Management: identify Early Warning Signals (EWS), provide feedback, and create a coaching environment for deputy managers, trainers and trainees Training Performance: ensure end-to-end deliverables such as throughput, certification, early production performance, etc. Performance Management: maintain knowledge of training deliverables, metrics data analytics; review training performance with Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager and ensure action plans are created and followed to improve performance Escalation Management: manage all internal and external escalations Client Management: manage client communication including reports, reviews, audits Reporting: ensure all training reports for internal stakeholders and clients are shared on time and accurately Review: create review decks, present them and maintain an action registry for closure of open items Content Review: lead the team in Training Need Identification (TNI) and adjust training plans accordingly Knowledge Management: ensure floor agents undergo timely monthly checks, floor refreshers, etc. Stakeholder Management: manage internal communication with peers and stakeholders Coordination: coordinate within and outside the team to ensure activities run smoothly Audits: manage internal and external audits Qualifications Undergraduate/Graduate IATA / UFTA certification preferred Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment Willingness to work non-weekend offs Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.) LEAN/YB/GB certification preferred Team & multi-location handling experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Travel Experience: +3 years – Desirable OTA Experience: +1 year – Desirable Training Experience: sound understanding of training function and at least 5 years in a training department – Mandate Team Management: +3 years Certification/Domain Certification (If Applicable): Travel & Tourism Additional Information US Night Shift 24/7 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Training Industries: Outsourcing/Offshoring Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at WNS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
