Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology - Detroit Join to apply for the Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology role at SUN PHARMA. Overview The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in the area of medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will develop and implement territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography. Responsibilities Promote Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio within the assigned territory Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals Coordinate with HQ Commercial Team and field-based colleagues to drive product acceptance Manage promotional activities within the territory in a compliant manner Report on CRM data, sales metrics, and expenses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers and patients Qualifications Bachelor Degree Documented successful sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results Valid driver’s license Preferred Pharmaceutical sales experience Medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment Experience promoting high-science products Product launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Willingness to travel based on territory needs Personal Skills/Attributes The individual should have a positive attitude, be adaptable to a dynamic environment, and maintain focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated, professional, and capable of building trust within their matrix team while maintaining ethical and compliant behavior. Proficiency in selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter clearly is required.
