Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on market analysis, customer feedback, and company objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a clear product roadmap. Leverage Jira and ClickUp for efficient project tracking, sprint planning, and resource management. Ensure seamless integration and usage of project management tools across cross-functional teams. Utilize Postman to oversee API testing, performance, and integration with external systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective API development and integration. Use Datadog to monitor product performance, identify issues, and ensure system reliability. Provide data-driven insights to enhance product features and performance using performance monitoring tools. Use SQL to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports that guide product enhancements. Ensure that product decisions are data-informed and aligned with overall business metrics. Oversee the integration and improvement of e-commerce systems, ensuring scalability, security, and ease of use for end customers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey. Work closely with finance and development teams to ensure accounting systems integrate seamlessly with the product. Act as the liaison between business, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure clear communication and delivery of product milestones. Ensure that all teams are aligned with the product vision and project goals. Regularly gather customer feedback to iterate on product features and enhance user experience. Conduct market research to stay updated on e-commerce and accounting system trends, ensuring the product remains competitive. Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve bottlenecks or challenges related to the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery of new features. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the resolution of any issues or defects. Ensure that all solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment. Requirements Has to be Afrikaans speaking Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS environments. Proven experience working with Jira, Postman, Datadog, SQL, e-commerce systems, accounting systems, and ClickUp .
