We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Understanding of accounting principles, standards (IFRS/GAAP), and bookkeeping. Basic understanding of taxation, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong accuracy in handling financial data and reports. Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Perform daily revenue reconciliations and receipt investigations Maintain accurate bank reconciliations Perform month-end inventory analysis and reconciliations Assist with Marketplace-related queries and issues Manage the end-to-end customer refund process, including reviewing refund requests, verifying eligibility, and ensuring compliance with established refund policies and procedures. Support internal departments with customer credits, invoices, and related financial documentation as required. Handle queries from banks and payment partners related to customer payments, refunds, and transaction discrepancies. Provide support and guidance to customer service representatives and other team members on transaction authorization and refund-related processes, including training on policies and best practices. This is a 12-month contract position.
