We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate Intern to gain valuable experience in the dynamic Finance Team with our Number Ninjas

**Responsibilities**:

- Process supplier bills.
- Reconcile bills to statements.
- Process hardware quotes to invoices.
- Follow up on past due invoices.
- Manage the accounts mailbox.
- Save bills to digital file.
- Request copies of bills from suppliers.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to and support the technical support department.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Gain hands-on experience with departmental tools and systems.

- Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to ask questions, learn and grow.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- An understanding of the importance of client & business confidentiality is essential. You will have access to privileged information and must ensure that all data and devices are securely protected both physically and through other appropriate measures.
