Stellenbosch, South Africa Wilson Partners Limited Full time

An opportunity has arisen to join Wilson Partners, an award-winning Accounting, Tax and Corporate Finance firm, recognised in 2024 as ‘Outstanding to work for’ by Best Companies. We work with ambitious SMEs, their owners and Private Equity houses, combining the financial expertise, experience and accessibility of our talented team to help them achieve their goals. Like our clients, we’re ambitious too. We want to be a top 20 accounting firm, and we will only achieve that by investing in our people and continuing to provide innovative and value-added accounting, tax and corporate finance solutions that empower clients to make better decisions. Your new role As Wilson Partners develops its operational capabilities to support its ambitious growth plans, we require a Project Manager to structure and manage our business-critical projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that key projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the appropriate level of governance. This is a practical, hands‑on project management role, involving internal colleagues and external vendors. The role has a strong focus on delivering results and driving outcomes, rather than following a project ‘rulebook’ for its own sake. This is an exciting role within a fast‑paced and dynamic team, where you will work across a varied portfolio of projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers to ensure smooth project execution. As we are on an acquisition journey, your role and responsibilities will evolve as the company grows. We are looking for candidates with an IT project background, and if you have this but don’t tick every other box, we are still keen to hear from you. Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) At Wilson Partners our approach to diversity is simple, we believe our strength lies in people. We are committed to creating a workplace where every individual can thrive. We value diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds, knowing they fuel innovation, better decisions, and collective success. Guided by our values of teamwork, expertise, attitude, innovation, and people, we actively foster an inclusive environment built on respect and opportunity. We want our clients and our teams to feel empowered, supported, and able to contribute their best. Wilson Partners was established in 2008 in the heart of Maidenhead, Berkshire, by two brothers, Allan and Chris. From day one there has been a key focus on team culture, driven by the belief that our business is all about the people. Now with offices in Maidenhead, Cambridge, Sevenoaks, Woking, Plymouth, Oakham, Tonbridge and South Africa and a team of 300 and counting, we’re here to make a positive impact. Our continued growth journey means we are always on the lookout for great talent. We’re proud to do things a little differently, we’re business enthusiasts who just happen to be accountants, we want to challenge and be challenged. We strive for the best, and we want our clients and people to see the value in how we operate and that we can make a real difference. We want people with a passion for business, who love working in a team, can also thrive independently and who embrace change. This role is client facing and requires fantastic levels of communication, a can‑do attitude and the ability to build long term professional relationships with clients and internal team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
