Key Responsibilities Lead automation upgrades, equipment redesign, and capacity planning. Oversee new automation initiatives from concept through commissioning. Collaborate with R&D and production to align systems with future product development. Standardize automation practices (software, documentation, commissioning). Mentor engineering teams and drive continuous improvement. Provide support for legacy systems and external automation suppliers. Qualifications BEng Mechatronics (or equivalent). 7+ years of experience in automation engineering within high‑tech manufacturing.
