We are seeking a Consultant Engineer - Network Engineering Consultant specialising in CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert). You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing advanced network solutions, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability for client networks.

What you’ll do:

  • Successfully manages customer relationships
  • Supports delivery of service program to major Cisco customers.
  • Performs analysis of complex network designs.
  • Builds simulated networks in test labs to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • Conforms to service delivery of Advanced Services standards.
  • Supports delivery of service program to Cisco customers.
  • Performs analysis of complex network designs.
  • Questions ways of working and suggests improvements.
  • Provides remote or onsite deployment support.
  • Performs analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems.
  • Generates reusable Intellectual Capital in the form of standard customer deliverables.
  • May perform customer facing presentations – QBR, Training, TOI.
  • May collaborate proactively with other NCE’s to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs

Your expertise:

  • 3-5 years Cisco Network implementation, Network support, pre-sales support, hands-on installation in the LAN /WAN network deployment.

Qualifications required:

  • Typically requires BS, CS, or equivalent
  • Written CCIE is strongly preferred and pursuing one specialty certification
