Job Summary Job Summary : Job Title : Project Manager for the Human Resource Development Council Secretariat (National Jet Skills Advisory Forum) Duration of Contract : Project ending 31 December Location Francis Baard Street, Ndinaye House, Tshwane CBD Job Purpose and Description Oversee implementation of the Forum's initiatives. Develop and maintain the Forum's work plan aligned with JET strategic goals. Prepare content (agendas, presentations, minutes, briefings) for Forum engagements. Track and incorporate Forum inputs into the broader JET Implementation Plan. Provide regular updates on implementation progress to relevant structures. Conduct analysis and produce reports to support Forum decision-making. Monitor participation and identify emerging issues on Forum related work. Ensure inclusive contributions and follow-up for alignment. Develop and manage a strategy to foster collaboration and responsiveness amongst stakeholders. Organise strategic planning sessions and specialised workshops. Provide management support and contribute to broader policy work. Attend all Forum-related meetings and events. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Project Management / Social Sciences / Public Admin / Natural Sciences / Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Post-graduate qualification will be an advantage. Minimum of years experience in Project Management preferably in Public or Private Sector. Possession of a valid driver's license. Generic Skills Proficient in project management tools and MS Office. Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder projects. Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Experienced in stakeholder, people, and financial management. Knowledge Knowledgeable in green economy and JET Implementation Plan.
