What You’ll Do Local Dispatch & Transport Manage dispatches, coordinate with couriers, issue waybills, and ensure smooth local transportation. Track and monitor goods in transit, providing timely updates to clients. Export Dispatch & Transport Liaise with freight forwarders and handle all export documentation. Prepare and review shipping documents, manage pre-verification inspections, and update clients throughout the shipping process. Import Dispatch & Transport Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure efficient import clearance. Organize dispatches, coordinate with authorities, and submit documentation to Finance for processing. Repairs, Calibration & Client Services Manage RMA intake and warranty claims, ensuring timely dispatches and updates. Coordinate training sessions and work closely with the Field Services team to support clients. General Logistics & Administration Apply your knowledge of INCOTERMS to oversee import/export documentation. Monitor shipping budgets, resolve logistical issues, and respond promptly to customer inquiries. What You Bring Experience in transport or logistics administration. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. A tertiary qualification in Logistics (advantageous).
