Job Summary: Graduate training program to work and assist across the planning and admin department of the Managed Fleets section of Alistair Group. Will be assisting with POD uploads, planning, document reviews, and subcontractor onboarding. Learning by doing and training with the document team. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for collating, reviewing, checking and uploading PODs Assisting with planning and reporting responsibilities Reviewing and assisting in subcontractor due diligence updates Providing a support role to operations Create reports for data analysis Carry out daily audits of data of smart sheets Qualifications & Skills: At least Bachelor’s degree Relevant work experience nice to have but not necessary Good English a must, Swahili a nice to have Computer Literacy to effectively operate and manipulate online management systems and Office Application Faultless administration skills ensuring accurate and efficient procedures Ability to operate phone and email communication. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and evaluate problems and situations and draw logical conclusions and implement practical solutions.
