Incentive Specialist

Overview The incumbent of the role will be responsible for designing and executing incentives experiences for clients and participants within the MICE sector. The candidate will curate and facilitate incentives that engage and connect attendees with diverse cultures, experiences, and learning opportunities. The incumbent will work closely with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the incentive that aligns with the objectives of the organization and the unique needs of participants. Responsibilities Incentive Conceptualization and Design Design proposals as per client request Presentation of proposals to clients in the written form as well as in person or on virtual platforms Responsible for all bookings (flights, accommodation, and ground services) Responsible for supplier payments Responsible for invoicing clients and ensuring that payments are received from clients Correspond with client to confirm logistics around the itinerary (email, telephonic or Teams/Zoom) Attend site inspections as required Documentation management of all projects: itinerary planning and layout, rooming lists, filing, arranging flights and transport for delegates, preparing the working document or function sheet, reconciliation of program following the incentive Qualifications & Experience Matric and a tertiary tourism/travel qualification would be preferable Minimum 5-10 years of MICE experience Experience in incentives/immersions or sport will be an advantage Experience using AGM and ECM is essential Ticketing /Amadeus experience would be an advantage Inbound and outbound incentive experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities High attention to detail and deadline‑driven Collaborative, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Tourvest Travel Services?
