Inuka is working with a top-tier global renewable energy company, active in 33 countries, with over projects globally. The role requires a highly skilled Senior Project Developer to lead and manage the development of new energy projects from concept through to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project development, excellent project management skills, and experience in stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Lead the development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and other sustainable energy technologies. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and perform market analysis to identify viable project opportunities. Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, permitting, financing, construction, and commissioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and permits. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting project development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in project development within the energy sector, specifically in renewable energy. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale energy projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, permitting processes, and industry best practices. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
