  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and ensure smooth communication on the progress of tasks
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various systems including central plants (chillers, pumps, towers & controls), DX plants (package units, RACS, splits), VRV systems, and electrical panels
  • Troubleshoot building management systems to maintain operational continuity during emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations and uphold a safe, hazard-free work environment
  • Maintain HVAC tools and equipment, ensuring proper housekeeping standards are met
  • Complete job documentation, and logbooks, and report any required follow-up work, adhering to company safety standard
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges
  • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage team performance and foster development
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
  • Quick decision-making abilities, particularly in time-sensitive or urgent situations
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to following instructions and company procedure
Qualification:
  • Red Seal certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA regulations and safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50kg, work in confined spaces, and adapt to various environmental conditions
  • SAQCC Gas License for refrigerant handling
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
