Wada Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Production Supervisor to keep our Boksburg shop floor running efficiently. The role blends production planning, stock control and local procurement to support on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily production schedules and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts in Sage Evolution. Manage the full local‑buying cycle: raise purchase orders, process invoices and monitor supplier performance. Produce and analyse production reports; present variance insights and improvement recommendations to senior management. Support the Operations team with budgeting, forecasting and month‑end financial reconciliations. Serve as the primary contact for production‑related queries from sales, engineering and shop‑floor staff, coordinating order priorities and delivery dates. Experience and qualifications Minimum 6 years in a production or manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years supervising staff or leading a small team. Proven expertise with Sage Evolution (or a comparable ERP system) and advanced Excel skills. Must have deep understanding on slurry pumps BOM. Strong numerical and organisational abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail. Excellent communication skills across all business levels. Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
