_Will be required to Program/Operate/Run the machines as well_
- MUST RESIDE WITHIN 20KM OF JET PARK AREA_

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years Active (daily) programming using Edgecam,
- 2-5+ years experience writing manual programs,
- 5+ years daily machine setting experience,
- 3+ years experience in the field of production and jobbing,
- Must be able to read and write programs and machine components in accordance to technical drawing specification,
- Must have a good attendance record,
- Must know Fanuc Control and Hurco Integrated Control

**Duties**:

- Oversee the Milling Department,
- Supervisor over 2 Employees,
- Ensure machinists achieve completion of components within quoted times,
- Create setup sheets for all Milling work,
- Write manual/Edgecam programs for all machines in advance,
- Calculate the correct feeds/speeds
- Sign off the 1st off machined item,
- Maintain Customer database by saving job packs on the server,
(Ensure job packs are complete and accurate)
- Set/Operate the machine from time to time,
- Zero checking measuring equipment,

HURCO VM10i, HURCO VM20i and VICTOR V Centre 102 Milling Machines

**Salary**: Up to R26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- manual programming: 2 years (required)
- Daily machine setting: 5 years (required)
- production & Jobbing: 3 years (required)
