Anticipated Contract End Date / Length : 2 3 months contract Anticipated hours : 4 5 hours per day Our client a provider of a cloud-native artifact management platform for software development teams is seeking an experienced CV Writer to join their team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and formatting professional CVs using established templates and guidelines. This role requires exceptional writing skills attention to detail and the ability to present candidates in the best possible light. You will follow a defined brand tone and style while ensuring accuracy and consistency. This is a hands‑on role that involves working through a backlog of CVs and manually transferring content into the required format. What you will do : Write and edit CVs (both long and short versions) following the organisations existing format and templates. Transfer and format candidate details into standardised CV templates. Ensure all CVs adhere to the companys brand guidelines tone and language. Highlight candidate strengths and achievements to effectively position them for opportunities. Work through a backlog of CVs and complete them within agreed timelines. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team when necessary for additional details or clarifications. Maintain confidentiality of all candidates and company information. Qualifications : Proven experience as a CV Writer Resume Writer or similar role. Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar and professional tone. Ability to craft compelling CVs that sell candidates skills and experience effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured templates and brand guidelines. Good time management skills to meet daily and weekly output requirements. Proficiency in MS Word and basic document formatting. Background in recruitment HR or talent acquisition (nice‑to‑have). Knowledge of ATS‑friendly CV formats and keyword optimization (nice‑to‑have).
