Monitor staff performance, absenteeism, and tardiness to maintain a productive workforce. Minimize contamination of foreign materials and objects before, during, and after production runs. Ensure effective and efficient production at all times, adhering to work orders and meeting targets. Monitor production processes and implement necessary changes to improve efficiency. Manage the final product and palletized stock, ensuring quality and inventory control. Ensure compliance with PPE regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Investigate issues and implement preventative measures to avoid future problems. Enforce and adhere to HSE principles to promote a safe and healthy workplace. HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
